PURPOSE: An adjustment device of an external fixing apparatus is provided to simply adjust a distance between clamps coupled to certain positions of a connecting rod by rotating a cap with a tool. CONSTITUTION: The adjustment device(100) of an external fixing apparatus comprises a connecting rod(40), first and second clamps(70,80) fixed to certain positions spaced apart from each other, pins fixed to the clamps to be fixed the bone of human body, first and second legs fitted to the first and second clamps respectively, an outer tube coupled to the first leg and formed with an inner screw portion, and an inner tube coupled to the second leg so as to be fastened to the screw portion of the outer tube. At least one of the legs is rotatably coupled to the inner tube or the outer tube.
