FIELD: medicine, in particular, manual therapy. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing visual and palpating identification of kind of sacroiliac block; eliminating block by providing manual action upon sacroiliac joint; performing repeated examination to be sure of elimination of functional block of hipbone and disappearance of distortion thereof; eliminating functional block in "transition" zones of spine after making sure of elimination of posture distortion in front plane; providing gradual elimination of functional block by manual procedures along the whole length of spine combined with adequate therapeutic course of physical exercises for strengthening muscle of the back for 3-4 weeks. Manual actions upon sacroiliac joint are performed by applying constant downward and cranial uniform pressure with hands upon projecting sacrum lower outer angle at block side at force value of 0.2-0.3 kg per kg of patient weight during 3-4 deep inhalations and expirations. During manual action upon sacroiliac joint, manipulation hand push in pressure application direction is performed at the end of last expiration to eliminate functional block in sacroiliac joint at opposite side and in pubic joint.
