FIELD: medicine, phthisioorthopedics. SUBSTANCE: computer tomography is conducted to reveal the presence and locality of residual small cysts and destruction focuses in cotyloid cavity of affected hip joint, focuses are lanced to remove their content, cotyloid cavity is treated with an antiseptic solution, that of tuberculostatic preparation, osseous cuttings should be prepared out of resected femoral caput and put into tuberculostatic solution for 20 min. Focal defects in cotyloid cavity should be filled in with the osseous cuttings. EFFECT: higher efficiency in preventing postoperational complications. 3 dwg, 1 ex |
