SUBSTANCE: claimed filler includes soya protein preparation, pectin substances, carotene-containing substance, cereal product in the form of wheat or oat brans, groats product as oat or rice groats or pot barley in ground form or in the form of flakes, vegetable oil with content of polyunsaturated fat acids in amount no less 18%. Besides, filler contains fennel seeds, dried sea staff and dried Jerusalem artichoke at definite ratio of components in mas. %. Soya fat-extracted flour or soya concentrate may be used as a soya protein preparation, while oil-solution beta-carotene for food purposes or carolene, as a carotene-containing substance. Preparation of filler simultaneously suitable for meat, fish or vegetable dishes allows to increase food and biological value of farces, dishes and half-finished products from them and to improved their consumer's properties.
