FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: mixture for waste burial, for example, lewisite, yprite comprising hydrated lime, filling agent and water has filling agent of size 5-10 mm and it has additionally calcium hypochlorite and disperser oxyphos B in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: calcium hypochlorite, 20-40; hydrated lime, 20-40; disperser oxyphos B, 0.1-0.5; filling agent of size 5-10 mm, 11.7-35.94; water, the balance. Mixture can be used for making insulation of proving ground in waste burial and involves degassing, complete destruction of poisoning substances as waste without residues without transportation to another place (region). EFFECT: enhanced safety for environment, improved ecology.
