FIELD: canned food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing product with gas; providing thermal and supersonic treatment and packing in hermetically sealed package. Gas is used in liquefied state and is selected from group comprising nonpolar gases. Mixing process is performed simultaneously with supersonic treatment during supersonic generation process due to providing partial phase transition of liquefied gas dispersed in product.
