FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, catalysts. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of synthesis of catalytic component used for copolymerization of ethylene with alpha-olefins of the general formula (I): where A means derivative of cyclopentadienyl of the general formula (II): where R1 and R2 are taken among H and C1-C3-alkyl radicals and at least one of two R1 means H; n means a whole number from 2 to 18; B is taken among: 1) any of derivatives A of cyclopentadienyl determined above; 2) mono- -functional cyclopentadienyl radical (F) taken among cyclopentadienyl, indenyl, florenyl and corresponding alkyl-, aryl-, trialkylsilyl-substituted derivatives; Q (bridge between A and B) means difunctional radical. Invention proposes also method of synthesis of catalytic component, method of homo- and copolymerization in the presence of catalytic component described above.
