摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to discharge auger cooled by flowing medium and provided with solid blades. Auger is designed for operation in furnaces with rotary hearths. Auger has special device for distributing, directing and changing longitudinal direction of cooling flowing medium inside auger at least two times getting out. This device has outer bushing, inner bushing located inside outer bushing at a distance to form ring longitudinal inner channel in between, tubes arranged from side of inlet and outlet of cooling flowing medium, and central pipeline. Tubes are provided with holes for communicating with ring longitudinal inner channel. Central pipeline and inner bushing form second ring longitudinal inner channel. Outer bushing in provided with uniformly spaced blades secured at its outer side. Blades are made either single solid, or twin solid. Single solid blades are continuous and uniformly distributed and are provided with claded strips at least on part of their sides. Twin solid blades are uniformly distributor and made passing, at least partially , towards end of auger from side of outer of cooling flowing medium. Single and twin solid blades are made of two different alloys and are installed alternatively.
