FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: pertrochanterian corticotomy is carried out, proximal fragment is put in a plane being reverse to initial epiphysial displacement by simultaneously removing its retroversion. One should create an excessive epimetaphysial angle of deformation advance. Stabilization should be conducted with apparatus of external fixation till complete consolidation. The method enables to create biomechanic conditions excluding progressive epiphysial displacement. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 6 dwg, 1 ex
