PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of functional honeycomb core combined materials with foaming resins filled which excludes additional process by supplying plural functions to implement continuous process so that it reduces cost and saves time in production. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the functional honeycomb core combined materials with the foaming resins filled comprises the steps of: (i) using sodium silicate to coat the surface of honeycomb core and improve mechanical characteristics like compression, shock, tension strength or so on; and (ii) filling various foaming resins with flame retardant and soundproof characteristics within cell lattices of the honeycomb core.
