PURPOSE: A dual clutch is provided to reduce the diameter of the clutch, and to improve abrasion resistance by transmitting torque with forming the double structure of a flywheel, a pressure plate and a clutch disk. CONSTITUTION: A dual clutch is composed of a double-structure flywheel(68) connected to a crankshaft to transmit power from an engine, and divided into two friction portions; a couple of clutch disks(72) connected to an input shaft(70) of a transmission and contacted to the flywheel to transmit driving force of the flywheel to the input shaft; two pressure plates(90) pressing the clutch disk against the flywheel; a diaphragm spring(74) shutting off power by moving pressure plates according to a release bearing(66); and a clutch case(80) combined with the diaphragm spring. The weight of the vehicle and expenses are reduced by transmitting power efficiently with forming the double structure.
