PURPOSE: A device for generating noise-free fragrance in a cellular phone is provided to remove a receiving bell sound of the cellular phone, and to confirm a call by a fragrance chip concentrated with fragrance through an LED with various colors, then to emit the fragrance while talking on the phone, thereby enabling fresh conversation. CONSTITUTION: A telephone receiver(1) receives a voice of the other party. A transmitter(3) transmits an originating sound. An input panel(5) inputs a telephone number. A display(6) displays the inputted telephone number. An antenna(7) transceives information between terminals in connection with a modem. An LED confirms a receiving call with various colors. A fragrance chip emits fragrance.
