SUSPENSION OF NANOSPHERE OF OLEOPHILIC ACTIVE COMPONENT STABILIZED WITH WATER-DISPERSIBLE POLYMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a suspension of nanosphere of an oleophilic active component with a water-dispersible polymer. SOLUTION: This suspension is a stable colloidal suspension composed essentially of a continuous aqueous phase, nanosphere of an oleophilic active component having an average particle diameter of 0.01-1μm, at least one kind of surfactant and at least one kind of colloidal particle of a water-dispersible polymer having an average particle diameter of 10-500 nm. The present invention further relates to a composition for topical application containing the colloidal suspension and the use of the colloidal particles of the water-dispersible polymer having an average particle diameter of 10-500 nm for the stabilization of an aqueous suspension of nanosphere of the oleophilic active component having an average particle diameter of 0.01-1μm to inhibit the recrystallization of the active component.
