PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce scattering even in the case of mixing of air bubbles into washing water with reference to a washing nozzle of a warm water washing toilet seat for washing a private part of a human body by emitting a jet of warm water from the nozzle. SOLUTION: A means for fractionating the air bubbles is provided inside the washing nozzle. In the case where the air bubbles are mixed into the washing water by an air pump 5, the scattering of the washing water is greatly affected by sizes of the air bubbles. In the invention, the air bubbles are fractionated by a fractionating means before entrance into a jet hole of the nozzle, so as to lessen an influence on the scattering.
