PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic composite panel to be used in a concrete construction site for building work or civil engineering work which is excellent in bending rigidity with light weight and also in recyclability after use, and suitably usable as a form of concrete work. SOLUTION: In this plastic composite panel mainly started from plastic, the plastic contains plastic having an isotacticity ratio of 95% or more. A crystal nucleus agent or wood powder may be added to this plastic. Further, this plastic may contain plastic subjected to vinyl chloride removing treatment or dechlorination.
