PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit and a signal processing method that can remove the influence of a noise component to detect the high-level term or low level term of an input pulse signal for the signal processing circuit and the signal processing method converting an FM modulating signal to digital data. SOLUTION: The input pulse signal and clock are provided. The clock is outputted corresponding to the level of the input pulse signal, the output clock is counted while clearing the count value corresponding to an output pulse signal and then the output pulse signal is set or reset. |
