PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photo-crosslinking manicure composition without containing a reactive monomer. SOLUTION: The composition is provided by containing the following substances in a physiologically permissible medium, and not containing a reactive monomer having <=500 molecular weight and containing one or plural ethylene-based double bonds: a) one or plural polymers containing the ethylene- based double bonds and having >=1 mean number of the ethylene-based double bond in one molecule of the polymer, and b) at least one free radical photo- initiator of 0.1-10 mass % based on total mass of the polymers containing the ethylene-based double bonds.
