PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a power circuit. SOLUTION: In a flyback transformer, where the switching output of a primary side voltage resonant converter is transmitted, a boosting winding NHV is wound so as to become a closely coupled state with a primary winding No for high voltage, and a secondary winding N2 for low voltage is wound, so as to become loose coupling with a primary winding N1 for low voltage. On the secondary side of the flyback transformer FBT, high DC voltage is generated by using alternation voltage obtained by the boosting winding NHV, and low DC voltage is generated by using an alternating voltage obtained by the secondary winding N2 for low voltage. Therefore, only a high voltage generating transformer is needed for obtaining two types of secondary side DC output voltages, which are the high DC voltage and low DC voltage and conversion isolation transformer can be eliminated.
