PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use a thermal fuse as a protection for the electric heater driven by DC power of high voltage and high current. SOLUTION: Based on the evaluation result of the reliability of a thermal fuse, the voltage of the DC power source 17 and the resistance value of the electric heater 53a, 53b are set in order to make the maximum actual working power 2 kW or less, and the thermal fuses 80a, 80b are used in that condition of securing high reliability. Hence, the thermal fuse can be used practically as a protection of the electric heater.
