METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING CONTROL PERFORMANCE OF RECYCLE PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether a recycle compensator is necessary by applying a way of thinking of minimum variance control to the control performance evaluation of a recycle process. SOLUTION: For a model identified with process data of the recycle process, a minimum variance controller for only its forward path is designed and this minimum variance controller is used to compute variance in the control variable of a control system in both cases that a recycle path is eliminated and the recycle path is present as it is through analytical simulation; and a recycle effective index as the control performance evaluation index of the recycle process is computed from the value of variance in the control variable corresponding to whether the recycle path is present, so that it can be judged from the recycle effect index whether the recycle compensator is necessary.
