ROTARY LIFTING DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem when gas spring force largely reduces due to outgassing of gas internally stored in a gas spring. SOLUTION: A door body 2 is installed on the tip of an arm 1. A pin 3 is integrated with a base end part of the arm 1. The pin 3 is rotatably held by a column 4. A gear 5 is integrated with the pin 3. Driving force is transmitted to the gear 5, and the door body 2 is constituted so as to be rotatable and liftable with the pin 3 as the center. Rising rotation of the door body 2 is assisted at rising rotation time of the door body 2. This rotary lifting door is provided with the gas spring 28 for resisting lowering rotation of the door body 2 at lowering rotation time of the door body 2. A cam 32 is installed on a rotary shaft 31 of a driving motor 9 for transmitting the driving force to the gear 5. A cam groove 33 is formed on the cam 32. A rotation stopper 34 is arranged for checking rotation of the driving motor 9 by fitting in the cam groove 32. A means 35 is arranged for electrically operating the rotation stopper 34.
