DEPROTEINIZED NATURAL RUBBER LATEX, METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME AND RUBBER PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide deproteinized natural rubber latex, in which disperse stabilization of rubber molecule by surfactant is carried out by being subjected to deproteinization treatment, having good film-forming property by anode coagulation method, capable of producing a rubber product having a sufficient film thickness under the same conditions as those in case of forming a film from a non-deproteinized natural rubber latex without causing uneven thickness of the rubber film and liquid dripping even when a mold is repeatedly dipped in the latex in film formation of rubber. SOLUTION: The characteristic of this deproteinized natural rubber latex is not to cause coagulation of a rubber component when the concentration of calcium ions (Ca<2+> ) is <=0.01 mol/L and to cause coagulation of the rubber component when the concentration of Ca<2+> is >=0.1 mol/L. The deproteinized natural rubber latex is obtained by adding a protease and two or more surfactants having different coagulation properties to calcium ions (Ca<2+> ) to a natural rubber latex and maturing the natural rubber latex.
