PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide circuit in which a geometrical stability of a core is enhanced and the leakage of signal from the core and a crosstalk are decreased even when the waveguide is manufactured by a spin coat method or a dip coat method. SOLUTION: A plurality of core grooves 12 are provided on the surface of a substrate 11 and protrusions 13 with triangular section are provided on both sides or on the periphery of respective grooves 12. Core parts 15 are formed by filling resin material 14 in the core grooves 12 up to the tip of the protrusions 13.
