PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission capable of further adjusting the traveling performance of a vehicle, based on a neutral control and an environment surrounding the vehicle. SOLUTION: In this control device for the power transmission device which is provided with the power transmission device on the output side of a driving force source and performs the neutral control for making power transmitted between an input member and an output member of the power transmission device, when a prescribed conditions are established to be lower than power transmitted between the input member and the output member when the prescribed conditions are not established, determining means (steps S1 and S2) are provided for judging whether or not the neutral control is performed based on a vehicle state, when the vehicle having a transmission stops when the prescribed conditions are established. |
