PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simply executable spot specification, and also make immediately executable spot specification based on a new map by renewing only the map. SOLUTION: A region on the map is made able to be hierarchically specified by dividing a map of the whole country into sections, each section into blocks, and each block into units, respectively. Three-place section codes are defined to each section, and three-place block codes are defined to each block corresponding to the relative position relation in the section, and three-place unit codes are defined to each unit corresponding to the relative position relation in the block. Concerning the section code constituting a characteristic code corresponding to a prescribed region, a low number in the code system is distributed, to thereby relatively reduce the substantial number of places. In addition, a facility characteristic code is defined to a prescribed facility, to thereby enable to specify the facility by the facility characteristic code. |
