PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection switch for card socket with stable switching action. SOLUTION: A detection switch 10 is constructed by two contact members 11A, 11B, installed at one side of a card receiving part 32 along the direction in which, a card 33 is inserted. The front end of the contact member 11A, located at the front end of the direction of card 33 insertion, is formed so as to curve in the direction of the surface of the card 33, and a first contact 14 is formed at the rim of the curved part, and the rear end of the contact member B is formed so as to curve in the direction of the thickness of the card 33, and a second contact 15, facing the first contact 14, is formed at the rim of the curved part. The first contact 14 is displaced in the direction of the surface of the card 33 like an arrow mark 35 by the insertion of the card 33, and the second contact 15 is displaced in the direction of the thickness of the card 33 like the arrow mark 36 by the displacement of the first care 14, and the contacts 14, 15 are wiped. |
