PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite communication earth station system in which the load can be distributed substantially uniform among a plurality of airborne earth stations. SOLUTION: The satellite communication earth station system comprises a primary GES 4A and a secondary GES 4B which are imparted with the same ID. Consequently, it seems as if one virtual GES exists from an AES 3. A log-in request from the AES 3 is accepted at the primary GES 4A. Upon accepting the log-in request, the primary GES 4A determines a GES other than that determined as the log-in destination immediately before as the log-in destination. Consequently, the load can be made uniform substantially among a plurality of GES 4A, 4B.
