摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount an inner needle valve in an outer needle valve without needing a sleeve or the like to be welded in a fuel injection device which has the inner and outer needle valves and makes variable the total opening area of injection holes at fuel injection only by performing the two-step lifting of at least outer needle valve. SOLUTION: A through-hole is formed in the outer needle valve 2 in an axial direction, and the shoulder part 2a thereof is formed at the tip side of the through-hole. The inner needle valve 3 is inserted into the through-hole from its base end side and after that, the base end side is closed by a closing member 7 through a seal part. The sealing property of the seal part is improved by the fuel pressure acting on the outer needle valve when it is lifted in at least first lifting amount in which both shoulder parts of the outer and inner needle valves do not abut on each other.
