PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only a specific person, among browsing persons of unspecified number who have accessed a specific Web site, to browse specific information if the transmission thereof is desired. SOLUTION: After the address that is used for calling the first page (INDEX.HTM file) of the Web site is displayed by using a HTTP communications protocol, in succession, by using a slash symbol indicating a bound for directory or file, a specific HTTM file, that has been stored in a WWW server and has not been linked, is connected to the Web site, so that the specific person can browse the file.
