PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invalidate and modify contents sent on broadcasting signals. SOLUTION: A message constituting contents, such as HTML, is sent to a receiving terminal using broadcasting signals. The receiving terminal retrieves the contents and stores in a cache. The contents received are invalidated at the receiving terminal by transmitting the contents delete message using the broadcasting signal. In addition, the contents received are modified at the receiving terminal by transmitting contents update message using the broadcasting signals.
