PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system and an information providing method for advertisements which can motivate users to update their home pages. SOLUTION: The system features to be equipped with an advertisement information storage means 11 that stores the advertisement information concerning stores, a receipt of money amount storage means that stores the total receipt of money amount calculated by adding the predetermined money amounts to be charged for accessing a site on an advertisement display terminal for every predetermined period and for numbers of the accessed terminals during the predetermined period, a refund calculating means that calculates a refund figure for a preset portion of the money to be refunded to an advertisement sponsor, a means for memorizing access number which memorizes the numbers per store to access the advertisement information terminal site, a means for deciding a dividend percentage for the store in accordance with a ratio for the access number by the store to the total access number that is totalized by adding all accesses by all stores, and a means to store the dividends 14 that sores the refunds calculated based on the dividend percentages and the refund figure. |
