PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for dealing, and the program, which reduce the time from that a seller sells securities to a dealer to that a buyer buys securities. SOLUTION: In a trading center server, the relationship between a main- commitment and a sub-commitment is integrally managed by a commitment record, securities check record, commitment check record, and call confirmation record. Also, there are provided a means by which the dealer calls, confirms and inquires to the trading center server when the commitment between the dealer and buyer is not called and confirmed due to a failure or an accident, and a means for correcting items concerned so that the dealer takes own acceptance of securities of the portion when the commitment between the dealer and buyer ends in failure. |
