PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively draft work planning by utilizing limited resources such as a person or a thing for achieving intended work. SOLUTION: There are provided a constraint conditions detecting part 4 for detecting constraint conditions necessary for drafting the work planning on the basis of the intended work, a unit work period dividing part 5 for dividing a work period into a plurality of unit work periods, a constraint conditions extracting part 6 for extracting respectively the constraint conditions necessary for drafting each work planning in each unit work period from among the detected constraint conditions, a work planning and drafting part 7 for drafting and outputting the work planning in the unit work period at the beginning among each unit work period on the basis of the extracted constraint conditions and also for drafting and outputting the work planning in the next unit work period of the unit work period of this work planning, and a work planning correcting part 8 for receiving input of the correcting information for correcting the output work planning and correcting this work planning on the basis of the input correcting information. |
