摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gold plated body which can immobilize a large number of sulfur-containing molecules, a surface treating method and a surface treated material of the gold plated body and an immobilizing method of a sulfur- containing molecule. SOLUTION: In the surface treating method of this invention, annealing treatment is executed on a surface of the gold plated body at 350 to 790 deg.C so that a large number of sulfur-containing molecules can be immobilized. In particular, the treatment is executed so that the surface gold crystal has structure having >=30% of oriented planes in the (1, 1, 1) plane. Further a method for manufacturing the gold plated body on a surface of which a large number of sulfur-containing molecules can be immobilized and a method for manufacturing the gold plated body by which the surface gold crystal is formed from a raw material containing crystal growing agent, are provided.
