AUTOMATIC GATHERING SYSTEM BY INTERACTIVE MESSAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an easy and convenient input operation for follow-up and answer to users who have not read massages yet in interactive message exchanges. SOLUTION: A central apparatus has a preparation means for a message to be transmitted to terminal users and a transmitting/receiving means or the massages. Home terminal devices have transmitting/receiving means for massages and input means to input yes-or-no to the messages. The central apparatus has a storage means to store answers from users to transmitted asking messages, a means for an operator of the center to select users who have not answered yet and instruct them, a means to establish voice conversations between the users and the operator and a means to input the answers obtained from the users into the storage means.
