PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoconductive pressure sensitive adhesive composition having excellent electric insulation, flame retardance and adhesive strength, flexibility and good adhesion durability. SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises a (meth) acrylate polymer and a metalhydroxide; wherein the (meth)acrylate polymer has an ion-crosslinked structure and the metalhydroxide is a hydroxide of a group 2 or 13 metals and the compounding ratio of the metalhydroxide to 100 pts.wt.
