PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for efficiently performing dephosphorization by optimizing a bottom-blown stirring force and oxygen feeding speed, in a method for removing phosphorus from molten iron containing Si. SOLUTION: When the dephosphorize-refining is performed to the molten iron containing Si with a top and bottom combined blown converter by using slag, this dephosphorizing method is performed, by which a value of the bottom- blown stirring force is regulated to be in the range of 1.5-3.5 (kW/ton) and a value ofΣQO2 of the total of oxygen feeding speeds is controlled according with the value of the stirring force and a value of (L/L0 ) is regulated to be <=2.5 by changing a lance height x (m).
