摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sintered steel parts accompanied with treatment which enables the stable formation of a quenched part consisting of a martensitic single phase and having high strength even by partial quenching treatment for a short heating time. SOLUTION: The method for producing sintered steel parts consisting of sintered steel, and in which a substantially martensitic single phase by quenching has been formed at least a part thereon includes a stage (a) where a compact consisting of a powder material having a composition for forming the steel is heated to a temperature region in which the compact can be sintered, a stage (b) where, in a process of cooling the sintered compact formed by the above heating from the above temperature range to an almost ordinary temperature, as to at least a part of the sintered compact, a steel structure in which the average grain size of ferritic grains contained therein is <=20μm is formed and a stage (c) where the part in which the structure has been formed is subjected to quenching treatment.
