<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer a packet without causing needless traffic, by enabling the system to inform only the specified group members of packets at the same time. SOLUTION: This is a home location register which is used for a communication system for transferring the packets at the same time to a plurality of transfer destinations for simultaneous information, and in which control information about transfer destination for designating the transfer destination is stored, and this is provided with a data holder 102 which stores the control information, and a processor part 103 which outputs the control information stored in the data holder 102 so as to designate the transfer destination of the packet and updates the control information pertaining to the transfer destination of the packet in question stored in the data holder 102 in case that the control information pertaining to the transfer destination of the packet is changed.</p> |
