PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of connecting the center conductor of RF coaxial microcable to the coaxial cable connector without using a conventional soldering method or a precision tool. SOLUTION: The fine center conductor in the coaxial microcable is firstly inserted in a hollow recess hole within the first pin and this first pin is left in a pin positioning tool at hand. The first pin engages with the fine center conductor by an elastic hook in the hollow recess within the first pin, and the first pin after engaging is taken out of the pin positioning tool, and, then, inserted in the second pin and increases rigidity and gives a pressure resultant force of load between the first pin and the center conductor. Lastly, the second pin is inserted in the guide groove in the axis direction of the coaxial cable connector and the first pin and the center conductor are pressure contacted, thereby the separation of the first pin from the center conductor is prevented. After the coaxial microcable which has completed combining is inserted in the coaxial cable connector, the outer cover layer of the cable is crimped to the connector by a conventional pressing tool. |
