PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device to a stator core reducing the contact pressure of a conductor in the base-end opening section of a nozzle as much as possible and being capable of effectively preventing damages to the insulating film of the conductor, when the conductor is guided into the nozzle from a conductor introducing cylinder, and to provide the manufacturing method of the nozzle used for it. SOLUTION: The winding device 11 is arranged concentrically at the center of the stator core, and has the conductor introducing cylinder 12 rocked at a fixed angle, while being reciprocated and moved in the axial direction, and the nozzle 23, installed at the front end of the conductor introducing cylinder 12 and in which the conductor, is delivered in the direction approximately orthogonal with respect to the conductor introducing cylinder 12. A base-end side opening section 31b of a conductor guide hole 31, formed along the longitudinal direction at the central section of the nozzle 31, is made into a tapered hole, having a canter inclined to the base end side of the conductor introducing cylinder 12 to the center line of the conductor guide hole 31.
