PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking female screw member wherein a male screw is concentrically screwed into a hole before threading with little torque, that can obtain an excellent locking effect and enable an extremely easy and excel lent plastic formation of a female screw by screw-in action of the male screw. SOLUTION: The female screw member 1 is provided with an incomplete groove 3 to guide a thread 6 of a male screw body 5 that plastic-forms the female screw at the sidewall of the hole before threading 2 by screw-in action at screwing.
