WOODEN BUILDING SUPPORT STRUCTURE SYSTEM HANGING SECOND FLOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging second floor support structure system for wooden building for reducing the size of the beam member and for providing high ceiling even when the intervals between columns on the first floor are enlarged. SOLUTION: The weight of the floor and the wall of the second floor is not supported by transmitting the weight through the beam member to the first floor columns, but instead, by only the peripheral columns by installing a member of a structure formed by combining timbers and rod stocks to a main part of the second floor and using it to transmit the weight to the roof truss. This provides high ceiling even in case the intervals between the columns on the first floor are enlarged.
