PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete secondary product and a road surface structure using it, capable of preventing lowering of road surface appearance and lowering of grass-proof effect, and simply laying a grass-proof sheet at a low cost. SOLUTION: This concrete secondary product is disposed on a foundation material of a road or a sidewalk to form a part of the road. A grass-proof sheet applying part for placing the end part of the grass-proof sheet for preventing growth of weeds is provided on the side serving as the boundary surface of the concrete secondary product. The grass-proof sheet applying part is formed by a step provided at least on one of the upper and lower end parts of the side, and the height thereof is set to lay a road surface material having a designated thickness on the grass-proof sheet.
