PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder coated with diamond like carbon(DLC) having extremely high wear-resistance and provide a sintered compact of the powder. SOLUTION: The sintered compact of the DLC-coated powder is made by binding a fine particle 1 and a DLC film 2, which is coated with the fine particle, by means of sintering. Namely, the sintered compact of the DLC-coated powder is made by molding, heating, and thermally compacting the powder. Since the DLC film has extremely high wear-resistance, the sintered compact having extremely high wear-resistance can be formed. |
