PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system that enables a customer to accept a charge system for repairing a personal computer. SOLUTION: The system books a repair service for a personal computer and decides the estimation of service charge for repairing the personal computer. The system is, at least, comprised of a fixed rate table 101 to calculate the charge based on repairing activities, a variable rate calculating function 111 that calculates discounted and surcharged rates against the fixed rates calculated based on the specified data, and a repair charge calculating function 112 that calculates an estimated repair charge that takes the discounted and the surcharge rates into consideration against the calculated fixed rate.
