<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacturing process or the like. SOLUTION: A covered cable 10 and a bus bar 15 are piled between the wider part 23A of the upper electrode 21 connected to the power supply side and the clipping face 26, 31 of the lower electrode 30 opposed to this and the covered cable 10 is clipped keeping contact with the upper clipping face 26. In this state, as shown in (A), a stripping current Ih is flown from the wider part 23A of the upper electrode 21 to only the narrow part 23B, and thereby, the insulating cover 12 is melted and stripped. As shown in (B), when it is detected that the stripping current Ih is flown to the lower electrode 30 side, the supply current is changed into a welding current Iw. As shown in (C), this flows through the contacting part of the stripped core wire 11 and the bus bar 15 to the lower electrode 30 side, and thereby, as shown in (D), a cable connector in which the core wire 11 of the covered cable 10 and the bus bar 15 are welded is obtained.</p> |
