PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocean radar for monitoring an ocean current speed capable of acquiring more accurate ocean current speed data by eliminating a clutter component by an object not to be observed such as a ship. SOLUTION: Speed estimating data in a plurality of range bins arranged in an irradiation direction or a scan direction of a radar beam is supplied to a medium filter, a representing value of a speed component of an ocean current is extracted, and the speed estimating data beyond a predetermined threshold out of the representing value is eliminated as the clutter component.
