PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a double tap even when secure operation to a touch panel is difficult. SOLUTION: A coordinate acquiring means 101 detects the coordinates of operation, a pressure acquiring means 102 detects the strength or continuation time of operation, and an ON pressure storage means 104 stores a first pressure and a second smaller pressure respectively required for turning on the operation on predetermined two conditions. After the pressure detected by the coordinate detecting means 101 is changed from < the first pressure to >= the first pressure, when the pressure detected by the coordinate detecting means 101 is changed from < the second pressure to >= the second pressure over coordinates within a distance stored by a coordinate condition storage means 103 from the coordinates of >= the first pressure within the time stored by a time condition storage means 105, an input deciding means 108 decides the double tap is performed.
