PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soft polyurethane slab foam having a soft surface touch, a supporting property, endurance and a flame retardant property. SOLUTION: This soft polyurethane slab foam is characterized by using a prepolymer having 23-33 mass % NCO content and obtained by reacting an MDI containing 20-50 mass % 2,4'-isomer with a polymethylenepolyphenylpolyisocyanate having >=3 benzene rings as a urethane- modified polyisocyanate and a polyalkylene polyol having 200-2,500 hydroxyl equivalent, and as a polyol, a polyoxyalkylene polyol consisting of a terminal ethylene oxide-capped polyoxypropylene polyol having 2-4 nominal number of functional groups and 1,000-2,500 mean hydroxyl equivalent, and a polyoxyalkylene polyol in which oxyethylene in the oxyalkylene is >=50 mass %, having 2-6 number of functional groups and 200-2,000 mean hydroxyl equivalent. |
